My nonprofit journey started 35 years ago, and I’ve been fortunate to work alongside passionate people tackling tough challenges and improving lives ever since. Along the way, I’ve learned that the organizations that thrive aren’t the ones with the perfect plan. They’re the ones that can navigate uncertainty, build capacity for what’s coming, and develop leadership at every level.

I partner with nonprofits to help you get clear on what matters most and build the capacity to move forward. I favor adaptive planning frameworks over rigid strategic plans; think about systems, not just programs; and believe leadership happens at all levels, not just at the top.
